Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West

I was traveling with a one year old which at times can be difficult because he’s always on the move. But the staff was so interactive and sweet with my son. Gary (I think that’s his name so please forgive me) at the front desk helped keep my son entertained while trying to check in which helped at ton and also recommended a fun little park to take my son to so he good get some energy out and upon check out even offered to meet me at the door for check out to make it easier on us which I really do appreciate. Tracy served us breakfast and was so sweet and accommodating to me and my son’s needs. Over all 10/10 recommendation for a stay at this hotel. If you have a little and are traveling on your own this is the place to go. The room was spotless the food was great and the staff went beyond my expectations. Thankful to have had such helpful and friendly people to help us on our journey. We Will most definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Little Rock ☺️ may God bless y’all and your amazing staff !!

I loved the update it was so beautiful inside of the room I stayed in, it was clean, the bed is so comfortable, the pillows were very soft. The front desk person he was very polite and very sweet, I had an issue with the first room and it took him less than a minute to assign me with another room. This is my favorite hotel, always has been and I will stay here again.

Room was very clean with lots of space. Beds were extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have liked to have more meal options. Check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

polite and very understanding of my situation and the only thing that they forgot to do or probably didn't put in my right was my wake-up call but it wasn't a big deal but the manager even though there were short-staffed they were very very very very polite I have been at hotel rooms where I have spent thousands of dollars and I was waiting on my ride which took a couple hours and I was kicked off the property and it wasn't bothering anybody wasn't saying anything to anybody and had the police called on me to get me removed from the property at one place at the Ramada just because I was sitting there a while waiting on my ride to get off work which was very embarrassing especially when I didn't do anything wrong and it made me cry not this hotel I'm talking about other hotels this hotel was the most polite understanding short-staffed wonderful Hotel a little pricey but you know that's just how it is nowadays
